Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients across various locations.

You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure candidates are assessed on the proper criteria, while maintaining ATS/CRM data and building a diverse talent pipeline. Responsibilities include coordinating with managers, implementing strategic recruiting initiatives, and ensuring top-notch candidate service.

Qualifications

• Law Enforcement background is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency with PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (SalesForce, UltiPro).
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and work well in a team.
• Domestic travel up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple clients and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing plans and set criteria for candidate assessments.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Develop and implement initiatives to recruit diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Perform other duties as required.
