Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients across the region.

You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure talent meets criteria for each position. Candidates must have a law enforcement background, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2+ years in high-volume recruitment, and proficiency with PC and iOS.

Qualifications

• Law Enforcement background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as Salesforce, UltiPro
• Dependable team player with strong customer service
• Domestic travel up to 20% of time
• Willing to work flexible shifts (Mon-Sun) and overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals for various stakeholder groups
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing initiatives and assess candidates
• Maintain applicant and interview data in ATS and supporting systems
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions
• Perform other related duties as required
