Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support multiple clients across the region.

You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, and maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS. This role requires a law enforcement background, a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of high-volume recruiting, and proficiency with Salesforce or UltiPro.

Qualifications

• Law Enforcement background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience.
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as Salesforce, UltiPro.
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service.
• Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required.
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals for various stakeholder groups.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing initiatives and ensure candidates are assessed on proper criteria.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in the ATS and supporting systems.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
