Security Industry Specialists, Inc. in Culver City, CA is seeking a Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients within the region. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and assess candidates against key criteria.

The role reports to the Manager/Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Domestic travel up to 20% may be required, and flexible shifts plus overtime support the team as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for multiple clients.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing plans.
• Maintain applicant data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Develop initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Law Enforcement background

Proficiency in PC & iOS systems

Applicant Tracking Systems

CRM systems like Salesforce/UltiPro
