Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to deliver all facets of the recruiting process for multiple clients and regions. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, ensure candidates are assessed on proper criteria, and maintain data in ATS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Law enforcement background is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• At least 2 years of high-volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with PC and iOS systems/software.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (SalesForce, UltiPro).
• Dependable team player with strong customer service mindset.
• Domestic travel up to 20% of time.
• Ability to work varied shifts Mon-Sun and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals for multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and assess candidates against criteria.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in ATS and supporting systems.
• Develop and implement initiatives to recruit diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
• Perform other related duties as required.
