Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients in the region. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure candidates are evaluated against proper criteria.

The role includes maintaining applicant data in ATS/CRM systems, developing diverse talent pipelines, and supporting travel up to 20% as needed. This is a hands-on recruiting position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing initiatives and assess candidates against criteria.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System and supporting systems.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
