Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. in California is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients across locations. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing plans and ensure candidates are evaluated against the right criteria.

This role reports to the Manager/Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition; you will maintain ATS/CRM data, build diverse pipelines, and support a fast-paced environment with travel up to 20% and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Law Enforcement background required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with ATS/CRM such as SalesForce, UltiPro.
• Reliable team player with strong customer service orientation.
• Domestic travel up to 20%; flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals for various stakeholder groups.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing plans and evaluate candidates against criteria.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in ATS and supporting systems.
• Develop initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Perform other related duties as required.
