Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruiting across multiple clients in the Seattle region. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure candidates are assessed on the right criteria.

You will maintain applicant data in ATS/CRM systems, develop diverse talent pipelines, and contribute to growth in a dynamic work environment. Occasional travel and flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must have law enforcement background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience.
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiPro.
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service.
• Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required.
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals for various stakeholder groups.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop staffing plans and ensure proper candidate assessment.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in ATS and supporting systems.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
