Convergint is seeking full-time, enthusiastic sales colleagues for our College Development Program. You will receive six months of training to build knowledge and networks before driving sales opportunities in the marketplace.

You will prospect, cultivate relationships, and work with teams to deliver world-class service while growing with the company and advancing your career in a positive culture.

Formación

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
• Preferred: 1-3 years sales or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to cultivate and identify new opportunities.
• Develop business opportunities, conduct needs assessments and write proposals for system installation and service opportunities.
• Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance and industry associations.
• Partner with operations personnel to execute growth, development, sales and marketing of all solutions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
