Job summary

Convergint is seeking driven, entry-level sales colleagues for a College Development Program that combines six months of training with hands-on field work. You will learn Convergint’s solutions, build relationships with clients, and contribute to securing sales opportunities as part of a collaborative team.

The program emphasizes development through networking, client engagements, and collaboration with partners across industries, culminating in placement to drive growth and client success.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to cultivate new opportunities.
• Develop business opportunities, conduct needs assessments, and write proposals for system installation and service opportunities.
• Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, events, and industry associations.
• Partner with operations to execute growth, development, sales and marketing of all solutions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
