Convergint’s College Development Program is a full-time sales role designed to train and develop you into a successful sales professional. You will build relationships with customers, learn Convergint’s solutions, and partner with teams to secure opportunities that drive growth.

Through a six-month training program, you’ll gain knowledge, tools, and guidance to network, learn, and apply Convergint’s expertise, preparing you to deliver world-class service in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• College degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years sales or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners across markets and industries to generate sales opportunities.
• Develop proposals for system installation and service opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments and write proposals.
• Grow market awareness through networking, events, and industry associations.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed proposals and project plans.
