Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union in the United States is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to provide foundational knowledge of branch operations and member service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

You will complete mandatory training modules, process transactions, balance cash drawers, handle wire transfers and currency exchanges, and collaborate with other departments while upholding security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence.
• Must complete the Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Attend training and complete core modules after E&E.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer daily.
• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Balance the vault, ATMs, coin dispenser, and related systems.
• Handle wires and foreign currency orders; assist with deposits.
• Maintain records and assist across departments to fulfill member requests.
• Follow security, privacy, and MIP procedures.
