Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or AA/AS via NC-CTP preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend New Employee Training (E&E) and core modules.
• Handle transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• Operate drive-through window when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
• Process wire transfers and currency exchange.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Support daily branch operations and reporting.
