AT&T is seeking motivated individuals for its B2B Sales Development Program, with two months of immersive training at the Dallas HQ and progression to an in-market, acquisition-focused sales role in Orlando, FL or other markets. You will identify prospects, engage customers, and manage the full sales process while building a solid foundation in AT&T products and systems.

The program offers a housing stipend during training, relocation bonuses in some cases, and a graduation bonus.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required due to the outside sales nature of the role.
• Desire to launch a career in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospects through cold calls, emails, digital outreach, and in-person visits.
• Own the full sales process from outreach to proposals and closing the deal.
• Ramp up through a new-hire program focused on AT&T product knowledge, coaching, and sales discipline.
