The Buckle, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Management Trainee to develop essential leadership, sales, and recruiting skills under the Store Manager.

The role includes acting as Store Manager in their absence and guiding teammates toward a superior guest experience. This full-time program emphasizes training across operations, merchandising, and leadership, with a compensation structure that includes hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service.
• Recruit for the store and participate in interviewing with the store manager.
• Support the store manager by setting up all interviews.
• Educate teammates to implement, evaluate, and create visual displays according to Buckle guidelines.
• Maintain store standards of excellence in all Buckle responsibilities.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; related retail experience considered
