The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Joliet, IL. You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, leadership and recruiting skills while performing sales, merchandising and operational duties to create an exceptional guest experience.

The role includes training Teammates, leading by example, and potentially serving as Store Manager in their absence. Compensation includes a base pay plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Responsibilities include sales, merchandising and store operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates in sales and operations.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing for the store.
• Support visual merchandising and display standards.
• Assist Store Manager and act in their absence when needed.
