The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership and leadership skills through a structured program in our retail stores.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to gain experience in sales, merchandising, recruiting, and daily operating procedures while preparing to assume Store Manager responsibilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
