Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a new Edwardsville store and is hiring for a Management Trainee program. Trainees perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks and work with the Store Manager to build leadership skills and prepare for Store Manager roles.

Interviews begin in September and the Edwardsville store is expected to open mid-October in Illinois. This full-time program includes training in recruiting, team development, and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Retail experience is a plus for the Management Trainee role.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and drive sales while learning leadership skills.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Support store operations including merchandising, displays, and daily procedures.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and prepare to assume leadership responsibilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

1-3 months related retail experience and/or training
