Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics, Ltd. is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to launch our presbyopia therapy in the Omaha area. You will build a startup inside your territory, engaging Optometrists and Ophthalmologists to convert clinical value into everyday adoption and grow first scripts into durable growth.

You will report to the Area Sales Director and must reside in the Greater Omaha area, driving territory plans, training staff, and ensuring compliant field execution with strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented success in sales; pharma or medical sales a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan across OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Deliver results by meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing funnel and forecasts.
• Educate and influence through in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors and enable staff adoption.
• Position and drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy with clear value messaging.
• Document customer feedback and insights and share with internal partners.
• Execute brand strategy and digital tools and support regional/national meetings and training.
• Adhere to compliance requirements including adverse event reporting and ethics.
