Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a multi-state region, building and coaching a field team, translating corporate strategy into territory wins and launching Anaphylm. You’ll recruit talent, develop future leaders, and drive performance with integrity.

In this role you’ll partner with VP of Sales, shape district plans, manage CRM discipline, and travel 60–75% to front-line roles to deliver patient outcomes and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success leading teams through product launches and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing district sales team.
• Translate corporate objectives into district business plans.
• Coach reps and manage field rides to drive launch success.
