Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead markets across multiple states, building a high-performing team and driving launch success for Anaphylm. You will recruit top talent, coach field reps through complex cycles, and translate corporate strategy into district wins while maintaining performance and integrity.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape payer strategies, manage territory plans, and drive market access while fostering diversity and patient

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
Proven success leading teams through product launches—ideally in specialty areas.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action and travel 60–75%.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing district sales team.
Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives who align with the mission.
Develop and coach the team with field rides, feedback, and development plans.
Translate corporate strategy into district plans and track performance.
Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability across regions.
