Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead markets across multiple states. You will recruit and coach a high-performing team of Therapeutic Specialty Representatives, focusing on patient outcomes and launch success for Anaphylm.

In this field-facing role, you’ll translate corporate strategy into territory plans, manage performance, and ensure payer access. Travel 60–75% is required, with a strong emphasis on coaching, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success leading launches in specialty areas.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, market access, and HCP engagement.
