Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a regional team, drive the launch of Anaphylm, and improve patient outcomes through active field leadership. You will recruit talent, coach representatives, and translate corporate strategy into district wins.

Responsibilities include shaping district plans, executing on market access, and maintaining CRM discipline while collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Hub Services. Travel 60–75% is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams (front-line management required).
Proven success leading teams through product launches—ideally in specialty, allergy, or related areas.
Deep understanding of sales strategy, market access dynamics, and HCP engagement models.
Track record of developing talent and improving team performance through effective coaching.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic action.
Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.

Build & lead a high-performing team of Therapeutic Specialty Representatives with development plans.
Drive strategic execution by shaping district business plans and metrics.
Coach field representatives through complex sales cycles and payer access challenges.
Navigate market access complexity and accelerate patient starts.
Foster cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, and Market Access.
Ensure CRM discipline and regulatory compliance while managing district resources.
