Job summary

Engine is seeking an Implementation Manager in Chicago to own the onboarding experience for high-value customers. You will craft rollout plans, drive product adoption, and collaborate with Sales and Account Management for a smooth handoff into the customer lifecycle.

The role requires working 3 days/week from our Chicago office at 500 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60661 and emphasizes high impact, innovative collaboration, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, customer success, or implementation.
• Experience onboarding and customer success in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead meetings, training, and cross-functional handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute onboarding strategies for Engine's new customer opportunities.
• Drive product adoption across Engine's full suite during initial months.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management for seamless handoffs.
• Lead implementation and onboarding processes at scale.
• Deliver training and act as a trusted advisor in customer interactions.
