Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analyzes corporate structures and history of potential clients and adversaries.
• Reviews, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes conflicts search results for reporting.
• Generates conflict reports and follows up on outstanding conflict requests, often urgent.
• Performs quality control checks of conflict reports prior to delivery.
• Provides foundational understanding of conflicts to analysts and counsel, supporting resolution of conflicts.
• Communicates with partners to assist in processing lateral candidate requests and resolving conflicts.
