Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in conflicts or new business intake, or two years as a paralegal.

Responsibilities

• Conducts conflicts research and analyzes client structures for risk.
• Reviews and summarizes conflicts search results per professional conduct rules.
• Generates conflict reports and follows up on requests, including urgent matters.
• Performs quality control checks on conflict reports before delivery.
• Explains potential conflicts to Analysts and Counsel during onboarding.
• Communicates with partners to assist in processing lateral candidate requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
