DLA Piper is seeking a Lateral Intake Specialist to support conflicts of interest reporting during onboarding of lateral candidates. You will conduct research on corporate structures, review conflicts results, generate reports, and advise the New Business Intake Lateral Team on resolutions.

The position offers a hybrid schedule across US offices and requires strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and experience in conflicts or intake within a law firm setting.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in conflicts or intake in a law firm environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with concise reporting.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to conflicts scenarios and adapt to process changes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research and analyzes corporate structure/history of potential clients.
• Review, analyze, interpret, and summarize conflicts search results per conduct rules.
• Generate conflict reports and follow up on outstanding requests, often urgent.
• Perform quality control checks on conflict reports before delivery.
• Provide foundational understanding of conflicts to team and resolve with colleagues.
• Communicate with partners to assist in processing lateral candidate requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
