Job summary

DLA Piper seeks an Lateral Intake Specialist to support conflicts reporting during onboarding of lateral candidates. You will research corporate structures, summarize conflicts findings, and generate reports, working with Conflicts Analysts and Responsibility Counsel to resolve issues.

Strong communication is essential as you’ll interact with partners and the New Business Intake Lateral Team to process requests and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in conflicts or new business intake preferred.
• Experience writing and communicating in a business environment.
• Experience with intake and conflicts software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze corporate structures of potential clients.
• Review and summarize conflicts search results for reports.
• Generate conflict reports and follow up on requests, often urgent.
• Provide foundational understanding of conflicts to team and counsel.
• Communicate with partners to process lateral candidate requests.
