Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager (LATAM) to join our remote team. You will drive growth by identifying high-potential LATAM partnerships, coordinating client calls, and presenting strategic opportunities to senior stakeholders.

The role requires Spanish fluency, experience in business development and account management with enterprise brands, and a data-driven approach to optimize publisher performance across time zones.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital LATAM market and regional dynamics.
• Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
• 4+ years in business development or related roles, including account management.
• Experience with enterprise clients and performance marketing is preferred.
• Ability to lead client-facing discussions and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively research high-quality partnerships based on client needs.
• Pitch opportunities on client calls and manage top publisher relationships.
• Own strategy creation, execution of paid placements, and recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain 95% independent management of day-to-day tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
