Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager for LATAM to grow affiliate partnerships remotely. You will use business development and account management skills to pitch high-value opportunities and support client growth across LATAM affiliates.

Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. Expect to engage in client calls, manage top publishers, and track performance while collaborating with global teams to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital LATAM Market.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese a plus.
• 4+ years business development or relevant work experience (including account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
• Experience in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
• Experience in Performance Marketing (Affiliate Marketing) industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to push back without damaging relationships.
• Work from home and corporate office experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively research and identify high-quality LATAM partnerships and opportunities.
• Pitch opportunities on client calls and provide strategic insights to drive growth.
• Lead top publisher relationships and manage day-to-day communication for key accounts.
• Track performance, update relationship and placement trackers, and report progress to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnerships with client goals.
