• Research the market to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage and coordinate BD activities across the region.
• Travel to LATAM markets to lead events.
• Train and support staff at offices.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates remotely and in person.
• Develop and execute BD plans, including market entry, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with affiliates and partners.
