Job summary

Epic Markets is hiring a Country Manager to scale its Latin America partner network from the ground up. You will recruit IBs, educators and communities, build a local team, and own the growth strategy while sharing in profits.

You will shape compliance, product and marketing input, leveraging your existing regional network and industry knowledge to drive client growth and volumes across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FX/CFD brokerage with a proven partner network.
• Demonstrated leadership of sales or partnerships teams.
• Strong understanding of broker economics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own partner growth in LATAM, defining targets and events calendar.
• Recruit and onboard IBs, master IBs, affiliates and educators.
• Negotiate partner terms within approved limits.
• Hire, coach and lead local IB sales team as volume grows.
• Ensure compliance across channels and activities in each country.
• Provide marketing and product local insights for offers and campaigns.
• Report weekly on funded accounts, deposits, volume, pipeline and churn.
