Job summary

RXO CORPORATE SOLUTIONS invites experienced logistics professionals to join as Manager, Last Mile Operations in the United States. Lead daily operations of contract carriers, optimize routes, and ensure on-time deliveries while building strong carrier relationships.

The role requires at least 5 years in logistics and supervisory roles; a Bachelor's in business or logistics is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish and flexibility across shifts are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or similar preferred.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts; travel between branches occasionally.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Strong business acumen and partnership with management teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers, including maintaining schedules and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on company policies and procedures.
• Carry out managerial responsibilities: interviewing, hiring, and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and programs.
• Supervise employees per policies; interview, hire, train, and address problems.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Manage dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
• Identify problem areas and restructure routes to improve efficiency.
• Train and develop contract carriers and dispatchers to meet expectations.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time; photos taken for every job.
