Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager to oversee daily carrier operations, plan routes, and drive efficiency across North America. You will mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, and manage dispatch activities to meet customer expectations.

The role requires strong logistics experience, supervisory skills, and bilingual capability is a plus. A variety of shifts and travel between branches may be required as RXO continues to expand its network.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of contract carriers and maintain schedules.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on policies and procedures.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and programs.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Manage the dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
• Identify problem areas and restructure routes to improve efficiency.
• Train and develop contract carriers and dispatchers to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure work is completed accurately within established time frames.
• Take photos for every job.
