RXO Inc. is seeking a Manager, Last Mile Operations to lead the daily work of contract carriers, plan routes, and support customer delivery across North America. You will drive efficiency and help build a bright professional future.

You will mentor staff, participate in hiring and discipline, ensure policy compliance, and use route planning software to optimize routes. This role emphasizes timely completion, accuracy, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and maintain schedules.
• Develop and mentor staff to reach goals.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Use route planning software to build efficient routes.
• Dispatch contract carriers and resolve issues.
• Identify routes to improve operational efficiency.
• Train carriers and dispatchers to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure work is completed accurately within timeframes.
