Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager to lead daily carrier operations, optimize routes, and drive customer satisfaction. You will supervise staff, mentor team members, and enforce company policies while coordinating with multiple branches across the network.

You will manage dispatch, utilize planning software, and ensure timely, accurate work while maintaining safety and compliance. A dynamic, collaborative environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or similar.
• Availability to work varied shifts including holidays, days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Experience mentoring and guiding newer team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on company policies and procedures.
• Interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate warehouse policies, procedures, and programs.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Manage the dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
