Qualifikationen

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Oversee the daily operations of contract carriers and schedules.
• Develop and mentor staff to reach goals.
• Interview, hire, and discipline staff.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures.
• Supervise employees and manage performance.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Manage the dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
• Train carriers and dispatchers to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure timely completion of all work and capture photos for each job.
• Allocate resources as needed.
