Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in operations.
• 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation, inventory control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork and provide daily support to associates for process efficiency.
• Use metrics to identify improvement areas and create actionable plans.
• Train and develop carriers, dispatchers and warehouse personnel to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with site leadership to support home delivery services and day-to-day operations.
• Manage dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
• Partner with Operations Manager to improve route efficiency.
