Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Lead to coordinate with site leadership and support home delivery services, helping run day-to-day operations. On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

Ideal candidates will be highly detail-oriented with experience in cycle counting, warehouse inventory, and able to lead the warehouse team. Reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 warehouse material handlers to receive, pick, and process orders daily.
• Leverage operational metrics to identify improvement areas and create actionable plans.
• Train material handlers to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Foster positive working relationships with warehouse team, contract carriers, driver helpers.
• Manage the dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to identify problem areas and restructure routes to improve efficiencies.
• Train and develop contract carriers, dispatchers and warehouse personnel to meet customer expectations.
