Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Field Delivery Manager for Last Mile Operations to support and optimize home delivery operations across locations within the assigned territory in the United States.

You will lead day-to-day field operations, coordinating with independent carriers, clients, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure safe, on-time deliveries. The role emphasizes strong operational leadership, relationship building, and the ability to influence performance without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, home delivery, or field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within an assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across delivery sites and client locations.
• Collaborate with independent carriers, client stakeholders, dispatch teams, and warehouse personnel to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD), VOC, OSAT, and service-level performance.
• Coach carrier teams to improve performance and service execution.
• Support daily loadouts, route planning, dispatch operations, and issue resolution.
• Travel regularly within the territory to support field operations and relationships.
