RXO Inc. is seeking a Field Delivery Manager for Last Mile Operations in Alabama. The role leads day-to-day field activities, coordinating with independent carriers, clients, dispatch, and warehouses to ensure safe, on-time deliveries and strong service quality.

You will monitor key metrics, conduct audits, coach carriers, and support loadouts, routing, and issue resolution, traveling regularly to sustain relationships across the territory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, home delivery, or field operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within an assigned territory and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• As the day-to-day field leader, you will work closely with independent contract carriers, client stakeholders, dispatch teams, and warehouse personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries.
• Drive operational performance across multiple delivery sites and client locations.
• Coach independent contract carriers and delivery teams to improve performance and service execution.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support field operations and maintain relationships with carriers and clients.
