Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Field Delivery Manager, Last Mile Operations to optimize home delivery operations across locations within the assigned territory.

You will lead day-to-day field activities, collaborate with independent contractors, clients, dispatch teams, and warehouse staff to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries. The role requires strong operational leadership, relationship-building, and the ability to influence performance without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, home delivery, or field operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across multiple delivery sites and client locations.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery, VOC, OSAT, and service-level performance.
• Coach independent carriers and delivery teams to improve performance.
• Support loadouts, route planning, dispatch operations, and issue resolution.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to support field operations.
• Represent RXO with clients and maintain relationships.
