Job summary

Amazon Logistics North America (AMZL NA) Engineering is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to own high‑impact programs for Last Mile, delivering scalable, data‑driven solutions across automation and electrical infrastructure.

You will drive governance, analytics, and documentation, partnering with field engineers, contractors, and operations leaders to improve quality, reduce rework, and accelerate project delivery at Amazon scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Translate data into narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain AI-powered compliance tools aggregating data into weekly leadership reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects across the NA delivery network.
• Track milestones and implement corrective actions to reduce rework and accelerate delivery.
• Own weekly organizational compliance reporting on cadence; monitor training and invoice metrics.
• Administer documentation platforms and develop SOPs for network-wide processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors; facilitate status meetings.
