Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Tech Subject Matter Expert to advance Last Mile technology and processes.

The role emphasizes prioritizing initiatives, automating decision making with AI/ML, and delivering world-class tools that improve customer experience while enabling business growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and influence design through BRDs and metrics, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy end-to-end and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech organizations on BRD development and prioritization of software enhancements.
• Highlight areas of risk and impact for technology resources and support lean processes.
• Act as gatekeeper for software changes and drive adoption at delivery stations.
• Support process improvements and standardization across AMZL using Lean principles.
• Provide metrics inputs to ensure compliance of standard work and drive cost/quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Learning, Loss Prevention, and Operations Engineering teams to standardize core process elements.
