Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to identify, develop and scale innovative solutions for our last mile delivery network. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, leveraging data mining and modeling to drive efficiency and capacity planning in an increasingly demanding environment.

The role requires strong SQL and advanced Excel skills, plus a track record of delivering process improvements and managing programs with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining process improvements using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, SQL, Access and other data management systems.
• Monitoring metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify improvements.
• Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business.
• Supporting cross-functional teams on day-to-day program implementation.
• Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects.
• Managing a team of individuals and cost-reduction initiatives.
