Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech organization on BRD and requirements.
• Highlight business risk to allocate resources and support lean processes.
• Gatekeeper for software enhancements and drive adoption at sites.
• Support process improvements and standardization across AMZL processes using Lean principles.
• Establish standard rates for standard work for planning.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Learning, Loss Prevention and Engineering to standardize core processes.
