Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support the AMZL NA Engineering team within Last Mile. You will own high-impact engineering programs, drive governance, compliance reporting, data analytics, and documentation systems to enable leadership visibility and operational excellence across automation projects.

You will build automated dashboards, coordinate with field engineers and contractors, and deliver scalable processes to reduce rework and accelerate project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience developing and managing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and performance dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into program health.
• Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Build and maintain AI-powered compliance tools that aggregate multi-source data into consolidated weekly leadership reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects across the NA delivery station network, coordinating timelines with external contractors.
• Track project milestones and completion metrics; identify gaps through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
