Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Principal Program Manager to lead AMZL-wide strategy and business planning for Last Mile operations. You will partner with senior leaders, PMO, and global teams to shape initiatives, roadmaps, and performance across multiple regions.

The role requires strong program management, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. You will influence remote and cross-functional teams while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present business reviews to senior leaders with clear justification for new ideas.
• Communicate strategy and project status to executives on a regular cadence.
• Gather data requirements and drive high-quality data insights across teams.
• Think big and develop new ideas while maintaining high standards for impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with stakeholders to drive roadmaps.
