Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support the AMZL NA Engineering team in Denver. The role focuses on building scalable, data-driven solutions for reliability and engineering challenges across automation, electrical infrastructure, and MHE networks.

You will drive governance, reporting, data analytics, and documentation to enable leadership visibility and fast, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and non-technical leaders.
Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms.
PMI/PMBOK or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and dashboards.
Translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
Build AI-powered compliance tools aggregating multi-source data.
Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects across the NA delivery station network.
Track milestones, identify gaps, implement corrective actions.
Own weekly compliance reporting and monitor training & invoice metrics.
Administer engineering documentation platforms and SOPs; ensure version control.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and external contractors.
