Amazon is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support the AMZL NA Engineering team within Last Mile. You will own scalable, data-driven solutions for reliability and engineering problems, driving governance, reporting, analytics, and documentation across automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and dashboards with real-time program health visibility.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Build AI-powered compliance tools aggregating data into leadership reports.
• Manage multiple engineering projects across electrical, automation, and MHE networks.
• Track milestones, identify gaps via root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Own weekly compliance reporting on cadence, monitor training and invoice accuracy.
• Administer documentation platforms and develop SOPs with governance and version control.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and external contractors.
